P92’s Non-executive Director, Andrew Wilmot will today be attending IMA Europe December meeting in Bruges. The meeting brings together incentive marketing professionals from all over Europe and will focus on best practices in international incentive & rewards programme deployment and deliver an academic insight on how bonuses influence employee behaviour and business outcomes.

The event will be hosted and chaired by Gunther Everaert, Managing Director, SwingGroup at the beautiful Provincial Palace, in Bruges, which was decorated by renowned artists such as Hendrik and Gustaaf Pickery who carried out the interior decoration, with beautiful stained-glass windows and ironwork.

The meeting has a great lineup of industry speakers who will share their experiences and insights. Among those gathered to speak include:

Following the formal proceedings IMA Europe members and guests will be able to enjoy some informal Belgian beer tasting vent at an authentic local café. This will allow industry peers to network and enjoy some authentic Belgian hospitality. Day two of the event includes tours of the historic Flanders Fields and World War 1 sites where there will be a chance for attendees to spend more time friends and colleagues from the incentive industry. There will also be a chance to visit Talbot’s house in Poperinge.
